The only con to this product is that although it states it fits adults -one size fits all, the three women who tried it on here barely could get it on their head. So if you need this for a costume it would be best to order well in advance so that you can try it on and be sure you are going to be able to wear it. The model shown makes it seem like it would fit most adults, but we could barely get it on our heads.
The hat is otherwise exactly as shown and described, and I would have been thrilled with it, if it had only fit.

I ordered this hat for myself since I have a small head. It was too small for my jr. high student. Very cute but definitely for a late elementary schooler.

This hat is priced very affordably, so I was surprised by its excellent quality and durability when it arrived! This is a great gift for Harry Potter fans - the fabric is wonderful and it looks just like the hat in the movies. The fit is good for medium-sized kids through smaller-sized adults.

I really love this hat except that, like the other reviewers mentioned, it DOES run small. It sits on my head and fits half-ways like a normal hat should, but it doesn't stay on if something bumps it. I'm using it for a complete Prof. McGonagall costume and so I'll have to have my hair in a bun. I figure I'll just pin it with some bobby pins to keep it securely in place while I'm wearing it. If it would fit like a hat should I'd have definitely given it a 5 star review.

So this model must be munchkin sized ... since the hat is not that tall in relationship to an adult human head unless that human has a super tiny head. Good luck.
I would say this is a child's hat ... not an adult.
The question is ... do I return it or find a child who needs it?
